This position at ING Finance Group Treasury helps you take your professional and personal skills to the next level.

The Global Oversight & Advice team analyzes and reports on global Treasury performance. We switch between various perspectives when working together with a broad range of stakeholders (Treasury business, Group Finance, Local Treasury Finance, Service Centers). You will be located in the ING Manilla office and virtually join a small (5 FTE), though diverse team located in Amsterdam, acting in a dynamic and interesting environment. Together we are ambitious to stay on top of Treasury.

Job description:

As junior business advisor in our Global Oversight & Advice team, you will support and be responsible for:

Recurring preparation and consolidation of financials, taking care of our data sources and the translation into management information (visualization, Power BI);

Quarterly analysis and reporting of Treasury performance to Group Finance and the segments;

Global expenses control, reporting and advice: track and challenge global performance and outlook, provide early warning signals;

Monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting of the Treasury balance sheet;

Weekly analysis and reporting of Treasury income;

Volatile items: coordination of a monthly process of locations reporting, consolidation, analysis and reporting;

The global forecast and budgeting processes; and

Ongoing dialogue with Local Finance.

Who we are l o oking for?

At least a Master's degree, preferably in the areas of control, business administration or business economics;

1-3 years of relevant work experience;

Affinity with Finance and building on your analytical skills;

A hands-on mentality;

Persistent and pro-active Team Player;

Communication skills: the ability to effectively communicate with high value specialists and general management;

Ability to understand the "big picture" while having an eye for detail;

Ability to present complex content in easy and transparent way to different stakeholders;

Affinity with Financial systems, at home in Excel, Powerpoint, ThinkCell and PowerBI;

Fluent in English with good communication and writing skills;
