Fagokho Corporation is the mother company of several multinational brands, including Ramen Nagi, Nagi Izakaya, Hakata Ton-ichi, Tendon Akimitsu, Fatfook, and other Japanese and Asian concepts.

Summary of Role

The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization and its affiliates. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. S/he will play a key role in driving financial strategy, optimizing financial performance, and supporting business growth initiatives.

  • EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

· CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred.

  • WORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING REQUIREMENT:

· At least 15-20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the food industry or manufacturing sectors.

  • KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

· Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and business acumen.

· Proven track record of strategic financial management, financial planning and analysis, and driving operational efficiency.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Proficiency in financial management software (i.e SAP, ERP, etc)

· Well-versed in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point Presentations)

· Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal

· Strong leadership skills

· High Level of Integrity.

  • Willing to do onsite work in Bangkal, Makati
