Role Overview
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. This role ensures that HR operations run smoothly while aligning with the company's goals in the logistics industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist functions, with strong exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • With background within the logistics or transportation industry is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support across functions such as employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational goals.
  • Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and provide effective staffing solutions.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to track recruitment and overall HR performance.
