As a UI/UX Graphic Designer at Hacktiv Colab Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences and strengthening the company's brand identity across digital platforms and marketing channels. You will design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces, conduct user research and testing to optimize usability, and create engaging graphic content for campaigns, social media, and corporate communications. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical skills, and user-centered design thinking to ensure that all design outputs effectively support both functional requirements and brand strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design

  • Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications to ensure intuitive navigation and optimal usability.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished design deliverables.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent with brand guidelines across platforms.

2. Graphic Design and Branding

  • Create compelling visual assets including logos, infographics, illustrations, banners, and marketing materials.
  • Develop graphic content for campaigns, social media posts, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Strengthen and maintain Hacktiv's brand identity across digital and print platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and deliver engaging visuals for promotions and events.

3. Collaboration and Project Alignment

  • Work closely with developers, functional consultants, and project managers to ensure design outputs align with technical requirements and project goals.
  • Participate in project meetings to contribute design insights, feasibility considerations, and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and user-centered products and campaigns.

4. Design Process and Innovation

  • Manage the end-to-end design lifecycle from concept development to final delivery, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX methodologies, tools, and technologies to bring innovation to projects.
  • Propose creative ideas to improve user journeys, marketing effectiveness, and overall customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or similar roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience working with digital platforms, web/mobile applications, and marketing campaigns.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), and Canva.
  • Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (HTML, CSS, basic JS) is a plus.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
