Responsibilities

A. Occupational Health Services

Administer first aid and emergency care to injured or ill employees within the plant.
Conduct pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical examinations.
Maintain updated employee medical and health records with confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Health Standards and DOH workplace clinic requirements.

B. Occupational Safety and Compliance

Assist the Safety Officer in implementing the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program.
Participate in safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
Monitor and report health-related incidents, accidents, and near-misses.

C. Human Resources Support

Assist HR in administering health-related benefits (HMO, insurance, sick leave).
Support HR wellness and employee engagement programs.
Participate in employee onboarding and orientation programs, focusing on health and safety policies..

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license.
Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses certification (from OSHC or accredited training provider).
At least 1–3 yearsof experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills..

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license.
Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses certification (from OSHC or accredited training provider).
At least 1–3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of DOLE, DOH, and OSHC regulations.
