HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATE - SELF PAY SPECIALIST

Job Title: Self Pay Specialist (Healthcare )

Location: Philexcel Business Center, Clark Pampanga

Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Shifting

Salary Package: 23k-39k (will depend based on BPO expi)

STARTING DATE: September 2

Job description: Responsible for placing outbound calls to collect healthcare account balances due from guarantors. In this role, the Specialist will also be responsible for answering a variety of incoming calls, Outbound and incoming calls will be tied to patient accounts and will require taking resolution steps that may include discussion of insurance coverages, explanations of insurance benefits, and payment plan arrangements.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree / Completed 2 Years in College / Associate Degree

-Requires 1 year BPO expi (voice & international)

-Healthcare call center experience is an advantage but not required

-Able to present TOR or diploma during the interview

-Must have the government numbers ready (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth & TIN)
