Job Summary

Responsible for assisting the Production Head in planning, organizing, Staffing, leading and controlling resources for the attainment of results for backend production section / shift to produce the desired volume of products according to the prescribed efficiency rate and quality yield levels in conformance to customer's schedule at a minimum manpower and material cost.

  • Key Responsibilities

Lead with impact: Manage production, engineering, and planning teams to deliver high-quality products on time and at optimal cost.

  • Streamline operations: Ensure smooth production flow from start to finish, and collaborate with QC/QA to enhance SOPs.
  • Drive performance: Monitor daily output, recommend tooling upgrades, and enforce standards with swift corrective actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Supply Chain to align manpower, materials, and schedules with monthly forecasts.
  • Deliver results: Strategize and execute plans to meet all production demands with minimal waste and maximum efficiency.
