Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations, workforce activities, and Lead production team using Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work)
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards
Monitor defect rates and implement corrective actions
Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture
Train, coach, and evaluate production employees
Monitor KPIs including delivery, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency and prepare shift reports
Facilitate daily production meetings and problem-solving sessions
Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Promote a culture of accountability and quality ownership
Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field)
3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferably with supervisory/leadership responsibility
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety standards
Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
With at least a year in his/her current position.
