Key Account & Partnership Leadership
- Evaluate and grow existing strategic partnerships through structured account and growth strategies
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with senior and C-level decision-makers
- Provide actionable market, industry, and competitive insights to executive leadership
- Identify, assess, and pursue profitable business opportunities across industries and territories
- Lead territory planning and guide Business Development Managers in developing account strategies, industry studies, and go-to-market plans
- Research emerging market trends and collaborate with strategy and marketing teams to expand market presence
- Plan and execute market entry strategies for new territories and industry niches
- Lead the positioning of proposals as value-driven, win-win solutions with clear ROI for clients
- Oversee proposal pipelines, resolve internal and external dependencies, and drive deal closure
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies aligned with commercial objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to influence and accelerate sales decisions
- Ensure strict adherence to internal governance and external contractual requirements
- Address underperformance, compliance gaps, and commercial risks through corrective strategies and contract enforcement
- Negotiate contract variations and secure appropriate approvals
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing business development and sales teams
- Align sales, delivery, marketing, and support teams to meet client commitments and protect company interests
- Provide continuous feedback to leadership on customer needs, market shifts, and product or service innovation opportunities
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of proven experience selling IT products and services in enterprise or corporate environments
- Demonstrated success in new business acquisition, key account growth, and revenue expansion
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and senior stakeholders
- Strong track record in people leadership and team management
- Deep understanding of products and services, with the ability to articulate differentiated value propositions
- Strong industry, market knowledge, and professional network
- Proven experience in complex deal negotiation, contract management, and issue resolution
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage P&L, budgets, ROI, and risk
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and closing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- High level of ownership, creativity, and autonomy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
