Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the supervision of accredited installation contractors in project sales installation requirements to meet customer satisfaction
  • Conducts preliminary installation project site inspection, evaluates customer floor plan, and checks readiness for installation in coordination with the Project Engineer and end-user.
  • Prepares installation cost including labor and materials for client's approval.
  • Prepares installation timetable for approval of the client.
  • Monitors installation performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitors progress of on-going installation projects.
  • Coordinates with clients and Project Engineers on the proper use and maintenance of Puyat Flooring products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Must have excellent working knowledge of finishing works. Exposure in flooring installation is an added advantage.
  • Must have excellent leadership quality, self-starter, aggressive, resourceful, and with good interpersonal skills.
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • With good project management skills, preparation of estimates and interpreting technical drawings
  • Hardworking and willing to work long hours
  • Project Based
  • Willing to be assigned and relocate at Amaia Steps Two Capitol Central (San Juan St, Bacolod, 6100 Negros Occidental)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
