Job Description

  1. Oversee the overall operations of the station.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and pump attendants.
  3. Develop work schedules for staff.
  4. Manage inventory and monitor delivery receipts.
  5. Prepare sales reports, reconcile daily and weekly records, and generate additional reports as required by management.
  6. Train both new and existing employees.
  7. Report any station-related issues and suggest solutions.
  8. Implement strategies to improve employee motivation, performance, and customer service.
  9. Prior experience in managing a gas station is preferred.
  10. Must be open to relocation to available stations in Pampanga.
  11. Immediate availability is a plus.
