Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute BIM deliverables in line with the Project BIM Execution Plan.

  • Conduct clash analysis, construction simulation, and produce construction drawings.

  • Provide BIM support for tender submissions and documentations.

  • Ensure adherence to BIM standards and resolve any non-compliance issues.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders including vendors and consultants.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Sanitary Engineering.

  • BIM Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.) and experience with BIM modelling and coordination.

  • Understanding of BIM processes, BEP implementation, and CAD tools.

Experience:

  • Mid-Level: Minimum 5 years of relevant drafting experience with significant BIM exposure.

  • Senior-Level: 5-8 years in BIM coordination and management, with advanced knowledge of Autodesk and Bentley tools.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure.

  • Ability to develop training materials and conduct technical training.

  • Passionate about digital technology in construction and committed to maintaining high ethical standards.
