  • Customer Assistance & Promotion: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries, guiding selections, and promoting merchandise to drive sales.
  • Cashiering: Process customer purchases efficiently, handle cash, card, and digital payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate end-of-shift balancing of the cash drawer.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and inventory reports.
  • Product Security: Safeguard store merchandise against loss, damage, or theft during operations.
  • Stock Monitoring: Ensure proper stock levels are maintained across shelves, racks, and display cabinets.
  • Store Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, shelves, and displays when not attending to customers.
  • Delivery Handling: Assist in receiving new deliveries and accurately update stock records.
  • Merchandising: Replenish displays, maintain proper product arrangement (folded, hung, or organized), and update visual merchandising for a fresh presentation.
  • Cleaning Equipment: Ensure cleaning tools and materials are well-maintained and ready for use daily.
  • Shift Handover: Properly endorse pending tasks, reserved items, and customer belongings to colleagues before leave or days off.
  • Suggestive Selling: Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer experience and maximize sales.
  • Team Support: Support store management with additional tasks and duties as required.
