As a Learning, Enablement, Engagement and Communications Lead, the following is expected:
- Able to organize team engagement events which include small events like sports events and large events like summer outings and year enders
- Able to organize conferences and summits
- Able to create and execute a skills competency assessment program together with HR and analyze results and provide recommended corrective actions to improve skills proficiency for IT resources.
- Able to create a training roadmap and curriculum for IT together with HR Learning
- Able to monitor and track progress of training initiatives
- Able to collaborate with vendors/partners for event sponsorships and training initiatives
- Able to organize and execute townhalls, including details of logistics
