Job Description Business Analysis Manager serves as a critical bridge between business needs and technical solutions, specializing in complex projects and strategic initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional adept at deeply understanding business processes, eliciting comprehensive requirements, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. The Senior BA also provides leadership and mentorship to less experienced analysts, drives process improvements, and ensures alignment between project outcomes and organizational goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Requirements Elicitation & Management

  • Advanced Business Analysis & Solution Design

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Mentorship & Best Practices especially to all our MS BAs

  • Project & Change Management Support

  • Quality Assurance & Testing Support

  • Strategic Input & Process Improvement

  • Data & System Integration Alignment

  • Automation Enablement

  • Quality & Accuracy of Deliverables

  • Efficiency & Timeliness

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Satisfaction

  • Strategic Impact & Value Contribution

  • Leadership & Mentorship

Top 3 Deliverables:

  • Requirements documentation and management

  • Impact Analysis and feasibility Report

  • Project/product scope

  • Identify and model processes, data, and business rules

  • Test Plans & Use Cases

Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication (including technical writing) skills

  • Understanding of systems engineering and modeling concepts

  • Understanding and Expert in using project management tools and the like
