Working Hours: New York, United States time zone office (night shift in Philippines)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Business Analyst. The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to administration, business analysis, analytical skills, business requirements, and business processes.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

· Administration and Business Analysis Agile project, Salesforce Configuration, User Stories, UAT, Jira, Agile/Scrum, CRM Processes

· Writing Jira stories.

· Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworks

· Analytical Skills, business requirements and business processes.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Outstanding stakeholder management skills

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and business analysis practices

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent degree

· Understanding of systems engineering concepts and data/process analysis and modelling.

· Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or App Builder are preferred

· Experience working with diverse teams and remote teams preferred

· Responsible for identifying and documenting the business needs of their clients and stakeholders, and helping to determine feasible solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems.

· Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements.

· Create clear documentation to communicate requirements and related information; keep updated to align with the solution over the project life cycle.

· Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs and requirements, through testing and scope changes, to the final solution.

· Configure and document software and processes, using agreed standards and tools.

· Create acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.

· Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control Business Analysis activities on projects within agreed parameters of cost, time and quality.

· Lead stakeholder management activities including facilitation of large design sessions.

· Ability to communicate concisely and clearly.
