Job Summary

The IT Staff is responsible for supporting the company's technical operations, including the preparation of technical reports and quotations, configuration of IT equipment, and on-site deployment of network and system infrastructure. The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and willing to learn through hands-on project experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and inventory summaries.
  • Assist in creating quotations and cost breakdowns for IT projects.
  • Perform basic configuration of routers, switches, access points, CCTV systems, and servers under supervision.
  • Conduct on-site deployment, installation, and testing of IT systems and network infrastructure.
  • Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities for both hardware and software.
  • Coordinate with project engineers and clients for technical requirements and updates.
  • Maintain and update configuration records, network diagrams, and project files.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or any related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates — relevant OJT or internship experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in LAN/WAN setup, structured cabling, IP CCTV, access control, and network devices is preferred.
  • Strong interest in fieldwork, configuration, and system deployment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site and travel to different project locations.
  • Team-oriented and eager to learn new technologies.
