Job Description:
The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overall Human Resource and Administration transactions related to Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relations, and others
Qualifications:
- Graduate of AB/BS Major in Psychology or any Behavioral Science course
- With experience in Human Resource management preferably coming from a manufacturing company
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Familiar with Philippine Labor Laws and other Human Resource processes
- Willing to work in Mabalacat, Pampanga
