Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, depending on business needs.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling. Develop a robust pipeline of leads to ensure consistent sales opportunities.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products offered by the company. Understand the features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to prospects, showcasing the value proposition of the products or services. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each customer.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure deals that are mutually beneficial. Handle objections effectively and address any concerns to facilitate the sales process.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use insights gathered to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, forecasts, and trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering solutions to their needs and inquiries.
