Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections on raw materials such as leather, laces, and padding
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections of gloves for stitching quality, alignment, proper fit, and finish.
  • Use measuring tools and templates to verify glove specifications
  • Identify, document, and report non-conformances or defects
  • Work with production staff to resolve quality issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure all quality control procedures and guidelines are followed
  • Maintain accurate inspection and testing records
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
  • Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or quality-related role preferred
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurement tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle small tools and parts carefully and accurately
