Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Test and Deploy automation solution/s for clients in collaboration with teams
  • Capable of analyzing client processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, re-engineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy
  • Create process and end-user documentation
  • Provide Production support and fix existing functionality
  • Investigation/Root cause analysis for Robotics issues
  • Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues as required to support our business and clients.
  • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics and integrity in your work.
  • Devote the whole of the time and attention during working hours to the duties.

Typical Requirements:

  • Experience in managing new development projects (from the technology/architecture point of view) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
  • Ability to develop solution (along with alternatives) to automate the business process using RPA platforms, and other available products/utilities (both internal and external).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (VBA scripting), MS Visio, MS Access, & MS Word.
  • Knowledgeable in SQL Database to perform basic queries.
  • Knowledgeable in Visual Studio programming (preferably C# and Visual Basic programming language)
