The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and sanitation across all café areas to ensure a safe, pleasant, and welcoming environment for customers and staff. This role supports daily operations by upholding hygiene standards and contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, kitchen support areas, and staff spaces
  • Wipe tables, chairs, counters, and high-touch surfaces regularly
  • Manage waste disposal and ensure proper segregation
  • Refill cleaning supplies and report low stock
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Assist with opening and closing cleaning routines
  • Immediately address spills, hazards, and customer-area concerns

Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate
  • Experience in housekeeping or food service is an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and physically fit
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Trustworthy with a positive, service-oriented attitude
