About the role

Jiang Nan Hotpot is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in SM FAIRVIEW. As Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of each shift, managing a team of servers and kitchen staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career progression within the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff during your assigned shift

  • Ensuring that all customers receive prompt and courteous service

  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed

  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner

  • Providing training and development opportunities for your team

  • Maintaining accurate records of shift activities, including sales, labor, and incident reports

  • Collaborating with the General Manager to implement and uphold company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities

  • Proficient in inventory management and cost control

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
