Job Summary

The Junior Multimedia Artist supports the Creative Director and the creative team in producing digital and visual materials for marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns. This position is idealy with a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro. You'll assist in crafting engaging visuals from static layouts to short video edits and ensure that all creative outputs are consistent with brand identity and campaign direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

  • Design static layouts, product posts, and digital assets for campaigns and social media.
  • Edit and enhance photos (color correction, background cleanup, resizing).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative executions.

Video Editing

  • Edit promotional videos, lifestyle clips, TikTok/Reels, and brand-related content.
  • Add basic text animations, transitions, and music synchronization.
  • Export optimized videos for online distribution.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to turn concepts into visual outputs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Revise work based on feedback and direction from the Creative Director.

Production Support

  • Assist during shoots (lighting setup, behind-the-scenes capture, prop prep).
  • Coordinate with photographers, models, or production crew when necessary.

File Management

  • Properly label, back up, and organize all project files, templates, and exports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Design, Communication, or any related course.
  • Internship or freelance experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with other Adobe tools (Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus
  • Strong creative eye for layout, typography, and color
    • Knowledge of current design trends and social media formats.
  • Eager to learn and open to feedback.
  • Experience creating TikTok / Reels content is a plus.
  • Good communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
