We are looking for a highly experienced and forward-thinking Integrated Media Manager who will lead the planning and execution of comprehensive media strategies designed to drive growth, engagement, and measurable performance across digital and select above-the-line (ATL) channels.

This role will be instrumental in shaping our overall retail media ecosystem—from digital and performance marketing to social media, content, affiliate programs, and emerging commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and digital media within the retail or FMCG space, with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful, results-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Media Strategy

  • Develop and lead end-to-end media plans that connect digital, performance, social, and select ATL channels to support brand awareness, traffic generation, and sales goals.

Retail Media & E-Commerce

  • Enhance performance and visibility across owned and partner retail media platforms (e.g., Optimo, TikTok Shop), ensuring efficient investment and strong ROI.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Direct the full lifecycle of digital campaigns—from planning and setup to execution and optimization—aligned with business priorities and customer journeys.

Performance & Analytics

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and use insights to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.

Content & Social Media Leadership

  • Oversee content direction, social media activities, and affiliate marketing programs to boost brand engagement and online presence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (e-commerce, merchandising, brand, creative) and external agencies or vendors to deliver seamless and innovative media executions.

Technology & Innovation

  • Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and tools in digital and retail media, identifying opportunities to pilot and scale new initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in executing integrated media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong e-commerce experience, preferably within retail or FMCG industries.
  • Solid understanding of digital performance metrics, analytics tools, and attribution models.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel platforms and generating measurable business results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php200,000.00 per month
