About the Role
As the first point of contact in our dermatology clinic, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for our patients. You'll manage front desk operations, assist with appointment scheduling, and support the clinic team in delivering smooth, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment bookings
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic system
- Coordinate with dermatologists and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions
- Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and request replenishments as needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and email correspondence
Qualifications
- High School Graduate, K12, College level of College Graduate.
- At least 6 moths to 1 yr. of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and a warm, patient-friendly demeanor
- Willing to work on-site and on weekends, if needed
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel & Email.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
