Project Manager – Display Cabinet Projects

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our display cabinet projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle—from client proposal and cost estimation to production, installation, and after-sales support. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management for display cabinets, retail fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or store construction.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, materials, fabrication, and installation techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, safety standards, and building regulations.
- Good command of English communication (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project proposals, quotations, and production plans based on client requirements.
- Oversee cost estimation, scheduling, progress tracking, quality control, and budget compliance.
- Coordinate with design, production, installation, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Lead on-site operations: assign tasks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing after-sales support.
- Monitor supplier performance, manage procurement of materials, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with teams and provide status reports to management and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, efficiency, and quality.
