KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and Manage the Team: Supervise a team of video editors, motion graphic artists, and other creatives; assign tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Creative Oversight: Review, critique, and approve video edits to maintain brand consistency and storytelling quality.
  • Editing and Post-Production: Execute high-level video editing using professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) when necessary.
  • Workflow Management: Develop and implement efficient editing processes, file management systems, and post-production workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to translate campaign goals and concepts into impactful video content.
  • Mentorship and Training: Coach team members on creative editing techniques, technical skills, and productivity improvement.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all video outputs meet company standards for style, pacing, and technical excellence before final delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in video editing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and other editing tools.
  • Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and motion graphics.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt to changing creative directions.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City.
