Warehouse Specialist

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming skin care product shipments.
• Organize and store products according to proper handling and storage guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, batch/lot numbers, and expiration dates.
• Apply FEFO/FIFO methods to maintain product quality and minimize wastage.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics, preferably in skin care, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
• Familiarity with expiry date monitoring, batch/lot tracking, and FEFO/FIFO inventory methods.
• Basic understanding of product storage requirements (e.g., temperature, humidity, and light exposure for sensitive skin care products).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move moderate loads and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Excel, inventory software).
• Good communication and coordination skills with other departments.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining product quality.

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
