You will operate at the critical intersection of Product, Technical Partnerships, and Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations, largely supporting the New Product Introduction (NPI) line of business. Your mission is to build a smarter operational engine for the company by designing AI-powered, human-driven processes that drive efficiency, deliver key insights, and accelerate growth.

What You'll Do

• Automate GTM Intelligence: Design, build, and maintain our core NPI GTM performance dashboards. Move beyond static reports by using AI to analyze complex datasets, surface predictive insights, and flag anomalies for leadership.
• Develop and deploy specialized AI agents to automate preliminary data analysis. These agents surface novel insights and outliers, enabling our team to focus on strategic interpretation and final decision-making in an AI-powered, human-driven workflow.
• Power Our Partner Ecosystem: Serve as the operational lead for our technical partners (ISVs). Develop AI-enhanced workflows to streamline partner onboarding, enablement, and performance analysis, making it seamless for them to succeed with us.
• Re-engineer Core Processes: Map, analyze, and overhaul key operational and customer experience (CX) workflows. Implement solutions using tools like Gemini and Claude to automate tasks like ticket classification, knowledge base summarization, and sentiment analysis.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in a GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Intelligence, Sales Operations, or Product Operations role.
• Hands-on proficiency using AI tools to solve real business problems. You should be comfortable prompting, fine-tuning, and integrating models like Gemini or Claude and leveraging knowledge systems like Glean.
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills; you can find the signal in the noise.
• A process-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to map a complex workflow, find the bottleneck, and fix it.
• The ability to work independently and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

• 3+ years of experience in sales process analytics, business operations, reporting, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in Salesforce (navigation, reporting, and processes), database management, and developing structured reports/dashboards

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Forms, and integrations).
• Proficiency in AI tools such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Glean AI
• Communication and Collaboration. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder management. Proven ability to influence and drive change across teams, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Project Management Skills. Strong organizational and project management skills, including process documentation and applying methodologies.
• Night Shift and Shifting Schedule: Flexible and adaptable; open to night shifts or shifting schedules in a hybrid work-from-home setup.
• Work set-up: Willing to work on a hybrid setup days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
