Bread Baker is responsible for making a wiode range of breads, pastruies, and other bread goods. A baker is required to master the use of large number of tools in order to produce quality baked items

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake foods.
  • Prepare and make all bakery items for a large number of guests.
  • Lead a team of bakers to prepare bakery items for banquets and events
  • Inspect and ensure proper color combination for all bakes items
  • Provide training to staff in baking activities
  • Meet the requirements of clients.
  • Ensure product freshness and food safety

Qualification:

  • Age 24-40
  • Male or Female
  • At least high school graduate, Vocational Course , Graduate of HRM or any food related course
  • At least 6 months experience as Bread Baker

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
