Professional Fee Medical Coder (Onsite – Quezon City)

Location: Quezon City

About the Role

We are seeking a Professional Fee (Profee) Medical Coder to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing medical documentation, assigning accurate codes, and ensuring compliance with coding guidelines, regulations, and documentation requirements. You will work closely with healthcare providers, billing teams, and administrative staff to maximize revenue while minimizing errors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately review and code outpatient medical documentation, including surgery and oncology profee coding.
  • Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines, payer policies, and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to clarify documentation and coding details.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving coding-related issues to ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize coding accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City
  • Active certification in CPC, COC, CCS-P, and/or CCS
  • Graduate of BS Nursing or any Medical-Allied Course
  • Minimum 3 years of outpatient coding experience
  • At least 1 year of Surgery and/or Oncology Profee coding experience
