, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation that acts as transfer agent and/or registrar of corporations, to register all sales, exchanges or other transfer of shares of stock of the corporations concerned, and to enter and note such transactions in the books of the client corporations.

The Shareholder Relations Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and communication support related to shareholder relations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any business course
  • Computer-literate and familiar with using MS Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Overview:

  • Maintain regular correspondence with shareholders and respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns related to their shareholdings
  • Assist in coordinating the logistical requirements of stockholders' meeting
  • Support the planning and implementation of corporate actions for shareholders
  • Handle accurate record-keeping and maintenance of shareholder records.
