About the role

Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our diverse range of on-site services and enhancing our brand presence in the local market. What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to effectively promote Sodexo's on-site services
  2. Create engaging content, such as social media posts, website updates, and marketing collateral, to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing activities
  4. Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic marketing decisions
  5. Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement
  6. Assist in the planning and coordination of events, trade shows, and other marketing activities
  7. Provide support in the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the services or B2B industry
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management, and analytics
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  6. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
  7. Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in the Philippines is an advantage
