About the Role

Doctor Clean Pte Ltd is a growing cleaning services company in Singapore. We are expanding our digital platforms to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer who will:

  • Develop and maintain our mobile app and website and future platforms
  • Design intuitive UI/UX experiences
  • Build and manage backend systems
  • Support customer enquiries on our platform and help convert them into sales

This is a 6-day work week role and requires someone comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.


Key Responsibilities

UI/UX & Front-End Development

  • Translate business requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-quality UI designs
  • Create responsive, modern interfaces for web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Conduct usability checks and continuously improve user experience
  • Create and maintain style guides, design systems, and reusable UI components

System & Backend Development

  • Develop and maintain mobile application features using React Native
  • Build backend logic using Supabase (database, authentication, storage, edge functions, policies)
  • Design, integrate, and maintain REST APIs
  • Manage and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
  • Implement secure payment workflows using Stripe, Grab, Atome, Paypal (payments, subscriptions, webhooks)
  • Ensure system performance, security, and scalability

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

  • Respond to customer enquiries received via the app, website, or platform
  • Provide clear, professional explanations of Doctor Clean's services
  • Convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales where possible
  • Work closely with operations and management to ensure accurate information is shared

Required Skills & Tools

Design & Front-End

  • Figma – Wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
  • HTML, CSS – Strong fundamentals and responsive design principles
  • Bootstrap and/or Tailwind CSS – Building clean, scalable UI components

Development & Systems

  • React Native – Cross-platform mobile app development
  • Supabase – Serverless backend, authentication, storage, and database management
  • REST APIs – Design, integration, and maintenance
  • PostgreSQL – Relational database design and optimization
  • Stripe – Secure payment and subscription integration

Tools & Infrastructure (Preferred / Nice to Have)

  • Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Vercel, Supabase hosting)
  • CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps practices
  • Analytics and monitoring tools
  • Version control (Git)

Programming Languages & Frameworks
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • React Native
  • Front-end frameworks and utility libraries
  • Backend scripting and API integration tools
