Job description:

  • Conduct audits in alignment with the approved scorecard using AuditPro and CallShaper systems.
  • Monitor quality trends and identify performance outliers for further analysis.
  • Actively participate in calibration sessions, process updates, and root cause analysis (RCA) activities.
  • Communicate audit results to the immediate supervisor, highlighting agent-specific opportunities and recommending appropriate performance improvement plans.
  • Analyze overall quality trends and ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or some college education preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the function of the designated team and its processes 1-2 years of supervisory or Quality Evaluation experience desired medical background, training or experience required
  • Working knowledge of ICD-10 coding procedure
  • Knowledge of Windows application, Microsoft Word and Excel, or similar software applications, proficiency preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvement
  • Proficient in critical thinking skills, and conflict resolution
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Lipa City.
