Job Objective: Provide assistance in managing and monitoring the activities of the company and ensure the organization adheres to all compliances to maintain and improve the company's financial standing and determining funding opportunities

Job Specifications:

  • Fund Management /Debit Management

  • Maintain a monitoring ledger for investments, loans and interests

  • Anticipating the company's borrowing needs.

  • Invest excess funds in case of positive gap position.

  • Efficient fund managements through deliberate investing transactions

  • Effectively negotiate interest rates and renewal application of all company's bank credit lines.

  • Effectively plans short-term borrowing/loan availment and compliance settlement of loan amortization.

  • Liquidity Management / Risk Management

  • Maintain sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs and debt obligations

  • Ensure adequate business continuity plans and procedures are in place in the areas of cash and exposure management continue

  • Ensures application of policies and procedures to mitigate the company's risk exposure

Balance risk and return considerations in investment decision-making

  • Budgeting and Cash Flow Forecasting

  • Prepares periodic Cash Flow forecasting to support short-term and long-term plans.

  • Manage bank account balances and optimize cash balances

  • Analyze variances between forecasted and actual cash flows

  • Make recommendations for improvements in cash forecasting accuracy

Leading on Cash Flow reporting per entity and consolidation and analyze key movements and check whether it is aligned with Company's plan

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accountancy, Mathematics or any related four-year course.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 or more years relevant experience - preferably in Treasury and Accounting Functions on Liquidity, Risk, Cash Flow and various financial instruments
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting techniques
  • Must have strong analytical skills and high attention to details
  • Team-oriented, self-starter with the flexibility to work in fast-faced environment with minimal supervision
