Summary: The Area Operations Analyst manages and oversees the operations of a particular area. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and is able to motivate and manage staff. Thus, ensures that the area is running smoothly and efficiently while meeting the goals and objectives of our organization. Overall, an Operations Area Analyst plays a critical role in managing the operations of a specific area or region to achieve organizational objectives and deliver high-quality services or products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and leading a team of employees within a designated area to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies and plans to meet area-specific goals and objectives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of the area and identify areas for improvement such as sales target, generic sales margin and the like.
  • Collaborating with other Store In-Charge (SIC) and departments to coordinate activities and optimize operational processes, such as implements sales and marketing projects to boost sales and uses these projects as an opportunity to train the store staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards within the designated area. Providing training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Handling employee scheduling, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Resolving operational issues, conflicts, and challenges within the area in a timely and effective manner.
  • Suggest changes/ revisions/ improvements of the Operational Manual and training programs to store personnel to help them improve their skills and competencies to manage the store effectively.
  • Provided market intelligence reports about retail/ drugstore industry, competitors and other relevant trade information.
  • Assists Franchisees during the early months of their operations to reach the break-even points and target sales as early as possible.
  • Motivate the franchisee's staff and keeps them high spirit.
  • Relays all important feedback to Operations Manager and Business Development for proper coordination so that appropriate actions can be taken.
  • Reviews and recommends promotional requests and local sales marketing activities of the stores.
  • Performs other task or responsibilities that maybe assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration, Operations Management or any related field.
  • At least with 3yrs. experience in a retail industry or familiar in a pharmacy / drugstore operations set up.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making power
  • With customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets, basic statistical software) is a plus.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Interest in project management methodologies and process improvement concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
