Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation and control throughout project lifecycles, ensuring projects are completed on budget and within scope.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets.
• Monitor and control project expenses to avoid cost overruns.
• Evaluate tenders, contracts, and variation orders.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
• Provide cost advice and risk assessments to management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum [X years] of relevant experience in construction/steel structure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and costing.
• Proficient in MS Office and estimating software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
