A Facebook Ads Manager is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on the Facebook platform to achieve specific marketing goals. This role requires expertise in audience targeting, ad creation, budget management, performance analysis, and a deep understanding of the Facebook Ads platform.

Job Description:

  • Manage META Ads and Marketing researcher
  • Creating, launching, and managing Facebook ad campaigns, including setting up ad sets, targeting specific audiences, and defining budgets.
  • Developing engaging ad copy, headlines, and visuals, and conducting A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Utilizing Facebook's targeting options to reach specific demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audiences.
  • Managing advertising budgets effectively across different campaigns and making strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Monitoring campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytical tools, identifying areas for improvement, and generating reports with actionable insights.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve campaign performance, increase brand visibility, and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Keeping up-to-date with Facebook's advertising policies, platform updates, and emerging trends in the digital advertising landscape.
  • Working with other team members, including designers, content creators, and marketing specialists, to align marketing strategies and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Effectively communicating campaign performance and strategies to clients or stakeholders.
  • Improving landing pages and other elements to enhance conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Social Media Management, Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns is essential.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing, is crucial.
  • Deep knowledge of the Facebook Ads Manager platform, including campaign structure, targeting options, ad formats, and budgeting strategies.
  • The ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
