Job Summary:

The Marketing Associate work as part of a larger sales team to offer administrative support to fill in on essential tasks, which includes assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.

The associate shall share ideas with the team and create presentations, postings and ads to help them picth new marketing campaigns. The Marketing Associate shall use digital marketing platforms to pull various metrics related to marketing campaigns so the team can make decisions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Gathering data on campaign success, often through collecting audience feedback

· Creating detailed and visually appealing graphs and present them to business decision-makers

· Overseeing the design and graphics of marketing materials and branding of the company

· Conducting market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience

· Helps in identifying marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation

· Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team

· Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing

· Organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

· Other tasks as may be assigned by the Top Management

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven work experience as a Marketing Assistant

Good understanding of office and marketing principles

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

Exquisite people communication skills

Competency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
