Job DescriptionThis role involves comprehensive financial management and analysis to support the company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial insights to senior management. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Offer data-driven financial insights and actionable recommendations based on analysis and trends. Manage the general ledger to ensure all transactions are recorded with precision.

Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes. Reconcile accounts and address discrepancies. Collaborate in creating the company's annual budget and financial forecasts.

Track variances between actual results and forecasts; explain deviations. Ensure adherence to tax laws, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and internal policies. Lead and coordinate internal and external audits.

Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and update practices accordingly. Supervise, mentor, and guide junior accountants and staff. Develop and refine accounting procedures and internal controls.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and support team growth. Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain liquidity. Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes for timely collections and payments.

Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for financing and banking needs. Partner with management to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals. Provide strategic financial advice on investments, risk management, and business decisions.
