Purpose of the role

• Vision: The Production Executive supports the production process by managing standard projects according to the Production Center standards.
• Mission: To support the activation of the Indicia Worldwide´s proposition through collaborating internally on production projects.

The
Production Executive
will support the production processes by managing standard projects as, but not limited, rate cards, reporting & analysing internal data, acquiring experience in ways of work, procedures and workstreams. The Production Executive will be also responsible of presenting to the rest of the business units all the Production Center´s achievements and new joiners through our internal communication channels.

The Production Executive will always perform under direct supervision of Senior/Production Managers.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, And Exposure

• The Production Executive will likely be a coordinator, with preferred education and qualification in the print industry. Relevant project management experience will be also considered positively.
• Fluency both written and spoken in English.

Role Requirements

• The Production Executive will be required to work from the Office as required.
• Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9.00am to 5:30pm, Mon – Fri, the global nature of the business requires that some meetings and engagements will happen outside of these hours. However, you will be able to recover that time in other moments, so we strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance for our employees.
