Job Description

As a Senior Accounts Payable, you will manage invoices, payments, and expenses with accuracy and compliance. You'll oversee expense management systems, reconcile accounts, and contribute to workflow improvements while ensuring financial operations run smoothly.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift, Monday-Friday (08:00 PM - 05:00 AM, Weekends Off)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum of 5 years' strong experience in Accounts Payable, including invoices, payments, and expenses
  • Proficiency in managing expenses through Brex
  • Hands-on experience in processing invoices via Zip

Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage and maintain very well-documented processes
  • Handle expense management using Brex
  • Process invoicing tasks through Zip
  • Upload bank payments accurately and ensure proper reconciliation
  • Apply a strong understanding of debit and credit principles
  • Manage and review balance sheets and liabilities
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize workflows
