About the Role:

InsurePlus General Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a skilled Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time position, this role will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and financial reporting support to our organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Conducting general ledger account reconciliations and month-end close procedures
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
  • Providing support for audits and compliance requirements
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate accounting records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and accounting standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
  • Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
