JOB RESPONSIBILTIES AND QUALIFICATIONSJOB DECRIPTION:

Barista / Bartender prepares and serves coffee, espresso based beverages, mocktails and alcoholic beverages.

This position requires customer service, handling transactions, proper presentation of beverages, cleaning and maintaining bar stock

.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • MENU KNOWLEDGE: Coffee, Espresso Beverages and Alcoholic Cocktails

  • EQUIPMENT OPERATION: Espresso machine and grinder.

  • CREATING BEVERAGES PER STANDARD RECIPES: Beverages should be served on a consistent basis based on recipe and proper garnish

  • BAR MAINTENANCE: Ensures that all garnishes, beverage ingredients are prepared before peak period.

  • SERVICE DELIVERY: Required to serve drinks at the bar or tables when operation is busy.

  • PAYMENT PROCESSING: Communicates to the cashier when the guests are ready fora bill out.

  • PROBLEM RESOLUTION: Addresses customer's concern in a polite manner and finds a solution to meet customer satisfaction.

  • WORKS WELL WITH OTHERS: Need to be a team player to ensure a cohesive dining operations .

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:- Positive and outgoing personality

  • Strong communications skills

  • Flexibility : willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.- Previous barista and bartender experience preferred.

Will consider TESDA graduates with skills test during the interview process.

  • Willing to learn new skills
