Job Summary

The HR, Accounting & Admin Officer is a cross-functional professional responsible for managing core human resources functions, office administration, and financial transactions. This role plays a vital part in maintaining operational continuity by supporting recruitment, employee relations, government compliance, and accounting processes such as disbursements, bookkeeping, and reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong HR and administrative skills with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, preferably in a project- or construction-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management

·       Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

·       Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and 201 files.

·       Administer payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and leave monitoring.

·       Oversee government benefit compliance: SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR.

·       Support employee performance evaluations, training programs, and disciplinary actions.

·       Implement and communicate company policies and HR protocols.

2. Accounting & Financial Support

·       Prepare and record daily financial transactions such as petty cash, disbursements, and reimbursements.

·       Assist with monthly accounting reports, payroll summary reports, and expense liquidation.

·       Maintain accurate records of supplier invoices, receipts, and vouchers for submission to the Accountant or Finance Manager.

·       Support inventory monitoring and basic cost tracking for office and project supplies.

·       Coordinate with external accountants for financial audits and BIR compliance.

3. Administrative Operations

·       Manage office administrative requirements such as supplies procurement, facility maintenance, and logistics coordination.

·       Organize company permits, insurance renewals, and document filing systems.

·       Draft internal communications, circulars, and compliance documentation.

·       Provide administrative support to project sites, including documentation for deployed field personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields.

Work Experience:

·       At least 2–3 years of combined experience in HR, accounting support, or administrative roles.

·       Background in the construction, engineering, or project-based sector is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

·       Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Code, statutory compliance, and payroll basics.

·       Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills; able to process vouchers, encode entries, and handle petty cash.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.

·       Detail-oriented and trustworthy in handling confidential and financial data.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently or with minimal supervision.
