JOB SPECIFICATION:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's products and services. The role requires a strong understanding of engineering, architecture and design.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/ Management/Marketing Management
  • Architecture
  • Interior Design or any related fields

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience. Advantage if in construction, interior design, furniture production, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) or project -based sales
  • Existing network of contracts in related industries

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Presentation and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools ( Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge in basic pricing , quotations and estimations
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a passion for design and construction industries
  • Team Player with the ability to work independently and under pressure

ADVANTAGE:

  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design tools to understand client requirements
  • Familiarity with local building codes, design trends and materials used in environmental graphics and furniture fabrication
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

HEALTH CLASSIFICATION:

  • Physically fit to travel domestic and international, conduct site visits, and attend client meetings
  • Free from medical conditions that may hinder productivity or mobility
