Best Tools is looking for Sales Associates for our BUHANGIN DAVAO branch

Role Overview:

The Sales Associate will assist customers by providing top-notch service, helping them choose the right products, and supporting the store in meeting its sales objectives. This position focuses on promoting products, fostering customer loyalty, and ensuring smooth daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers to create a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Drive sales through product recommendations, upselling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Keep updated on product features, specifications, and ongoing promotions.
  • Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
  • Support customers from pre-sale to post-sale needs.
  • Participate in or assist with promotional events to boost store visibility.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient store operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or currently attending college.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in sales or retail preferred.
  • Flexible team player who aligns with company culture and values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Available to start immediately.

Additional Requirement:

  • Willing to attend training in Manila.
