Job Responsibilities

  • Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation vehicles
  • Plan, organize, and manage subordinate members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards.
  • Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs
  • Proactively identify opportunities, implement cost-efficient measures and continuous improvement within the day-to-day operational activities, and to engage with the internal customers for feedback on opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze transportation costs and the delivery process
  • Provide active assistance to meet schedules and resolve complex issues.
  • Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, Industrial Engineering or other Logistics related degree preferred
  • At least 5-6 years in Transportation, Trucking or Logistics industry
  • A self-directed individual able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and business conditions.
  • Strong communication skills necessary to building working relationships and positively influence decision making
  • Organizational and Time Management Abilities
  • Experience with an SAP system and MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
